Role OverviewLead the lease-up and ongoing management of Element Collective, a new 197-unit community in Madison's University Research Park. The ideal candidate will have previous lease-up experience, enjoy building a community, and drive occupancy from day one.
What You Will Do
Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings, communicate property features, answer prospect questions, conduct showings, and process paperwork.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of property management or industry related experience
- Knowledge of project-based section 8 or section 42 experience
- Knowledge of fair housing laws
- Proficient with computer software applications
- Experience with Onesite software
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and team player
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and respect
