Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Community Manager for our properties in Sleepy Eye and Gaylord, MN. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, well organized, and able to grasp new concepts quickly. This candidate should possess a strong leadership style and an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.
What You Will Do
The Community Manager will be responsible for maintaining occupancy, driving renewals, and overall resident satisfaction. They will also proactively manage residents' complaints and resolve issues, manage maintenance and turnover schedules, and maintain positive resident relations.

Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a managerial or comparable role
- Energetic, dependable, and self-starter
- Well-Organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required
