Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at Lions Creek, a large apartment community in Noblesville, IN. The successful candidate will have strong multifamily experience, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume community.
What You Will Do
The Community Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the community, supervise and develop team members, drive occupancy and leasing performance, and maintain a well-run, high-performing community.

Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing a large apartment community
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with property management software; Entrata preferred
