Role OverviewBrookside Properties is looking for a strong Community Manager to lead The Hendrix in Augusta, GA. This is a busy, fast-paced community, and we need an experienced leader who can confidently manage both the operations and maintenance side of the property.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of the community, drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction, and ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.

We need a hands-on leader who is comfortable walking the property, partnering closely with maintenance, and taking ownership of the overall performance and condition of the community.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong Community Manager or Property Manager experience
- Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of property maintenance operations
- Ability to lead and hold both office and maintenance teams accountable
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a fast-paced, busy community
- Comfortable with budgets, financials, and controlling expenses
- Computer proficiency; Entrata experience preferred
