Role OverviewFairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm dedicated to building affordable communities across the country. The Community Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, all on-site compliance activities, and for the overall performance of their assigned property.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to laws relating to leasing, developing responses to regulatory agencies, implementing intervention strategies with tenants, and preparing site reviews.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have three years of management experience, a COS or CPO certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Three years of management experience
- COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) certification
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- EIV experience
- Yardi and Realpage experience preferred
- TCS certification for tax credit properties
- Experience in Affordable Housing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
