What You Will Do
Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue growth, manage collection of rents, assist corporate and site employees with planning and implementation of retention, marketing and advertising programs, and mentor subordinate employees.

Requirements
- Three to five years of experience as a site manager, leasing manager or related management experience
- Industry experience strongly preferred
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business, Education or Liberal Arts OR equivalent related work experience in real estate or sales management, training or marketing
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
- Minimum of 40 hours required
- Regular attendance is mandatory
