Job Description
TREK Development Group is seeking a passionate Community Manager to serve as the driving force of The Reed - Bedford, a community-focused real estate development firm. This role is responsible for the financial, physical, and operational aspects of the community, maintaining the hospitality covenants, and managing the on-site team. The Community Manager will foster a positive work environment through outreach, team motivation, and resident engagement.

Requirements

  • College degree in a related field or 5+ years of progressive career path in Property Management, Hotel, Hospitality or Retail
  • 3+ years of experience in Property Management, Hotel, Hospitality or Retail
  • Experience managing tax credit properties and meeting the needs of low-income residents
  • Industry designations (COS, LIHTC, ARM®, CPMC®, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to achieve certification within 6 months of hiring
  • Minimum team supervision of 2 people
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage software experience
  • Real Estate License preferred or required within 1 year of employment
  • Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing laws and guidelines a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Child abuse clearances and background checks required
