Role OverviewAs a Community Marketing & Event Specialist, you will be our ultimate brand ambassador in the local community, spreading Tutu School joy and booking free trial classes. You will be responsible for conducting high-energy, face-to-face outreach at local spots, securing prime counter space, and pitching creative partnerships to local businesses. You will also staff our booths with unstoppable enthusiasm, strike up lively conversations, and book trial classes right then and there.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting community outreach and lead generation, event sourcing and high-energy booth staffing, and reporting and communication. You will be responsible for actively pitching a minimum of 10 potential business partners/parent groups every month, sourcing and executing at least 2 major community events each month, and hitting your specific live booking targets for every event.
