Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Community Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. As a Community Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for satisfying the day-to-day needs of our members, handling member requests, and facilitating new member onboarding. The ideal candidate should be service-minded, reliable, and independent, with a self-motivated attitude towards learning our business in-depth. Our team values strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least one year of professional experience
Natural interest in helping/supporting others
Interest in a long-term role
