Job Description
Southwest Behavioral and Health Services is seeking a Community Outreach Navigator who can help us fulfill our mission of delivering compassionate care to enhance lives and improve communities.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED and two years of relevant experience
A related Associate’s degree and six weeks of relevant experience
A non-related Associate's degree and one year of relevant experience
A related bachelor’s degree
A non-related bachelor's degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health
