Role OverviewAmeriBest is seeking a high-energy Community Partnerships Liaison to help grow our presence across Philadelphia. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral partners to help clients and families access the home care they need.
What You Will Do
Drive Growth Outcomes and Strategy, Build new relationships and grow existing relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, community agencies, and other referral partners.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience or sales adjacencies experiences
- A track record of meeting goals, building strong relationships, or performing at a high level
- Strong communication skills and confidence meeting with many different types of partners
