As a Community Programs Site Lead Supervisor, you'll provide leadership, coaching, and support to a team of Direct Service Advisors while helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence through meaningful community experiences.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Service Advisors, train and onboard new staff, conduct regular site visits, assist with client intakes and program coverage, and develop relationships with local businesses and community partners.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
- Willingness to travel throughout the High Desert area to support staff and program participants
