Community Reinvestment Officer

The Community Reinvestment Officer is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the bank's Community Reinvestment Act Program, staying up to date on and complying with all applicable banking laws and regulations, and preparing and presenting periodic CRA performance reports to senior management.

What You Will Do

The Community Reinvestment Officer will collect, analyze, and report CRA data, monitor changes to regulations, and lead or coordinate community outreach to identify credit and community-development needs.

Requirements

• Computer software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, DocuCommand, CenTrax Next, CD Trax, Navigator, FFIEC HMDA & CRA data entry software.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and future changes to these regulations.
• Familiar with policies and procedures pertaining to CRA, HMDA, Denials/WDs.
• Problem solving ability, self-starter, and independent thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to multi-task and strong research skills.
• Ability to work, interact, and communicate with employees, management, auditors, examiners, and community leaders.
