Job Description
This position provides primary administrative and executive support to the Director of the Delaware Public Archives, including coordinating internal and external communications, preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, and policy materials, and organizing meetings, events, and public programs.

Requirements

  • Three years experience in public relations or media relations
  • Three years experience in gathering, organizing, formatting, translating, or interpreting information
  • Three years experience in public speaking
  • Six months experience in developing, planning and directing public events
  • Six months experience in determining and evaluating alternative courses of action
  • Six months experience in developing policies, procedures or programs for dissemination of information
