Job Description
Cortland is seeking a Community Relations Manager for their Cortland Deerfield Station property, a high-performance multifamily apartment complex. This role involves acting as a liaison between the community and their resident's support system, managing business operations, and ensuring a top-notch living experience for residents and associates. The Community Relations Manager will lead onsite associates and work with the COE to develop and execute resident services initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Property Management experience preferred
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Funnel, OneSite and RealPage applications
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours
