Role OverviewMerakey is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to serve as a community outreach and referral liaison in the Louisiana market. This role focuses on building referral relationships to support access to therapy services for children and young adults ages birth to 21.
What You Will Do
Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits to prospective and existing referral sources, build and maintain long-term relationships with medical providers, schools, community organizations, and other referral partners, and support marketing and promotional initiatives.
