Role OverviewThe Director of Community Services is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the Community Connections Day programs. A successful Director builds and leads high-performing teams to create a positive culture and provide high quality services that enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
What You Will Do
Manages quality of services, oversees program services, and develops annual budget. Hires and develops management team, establishes productive working relationships with external stakeholders, and leads management team meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- At least one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities

- A commitment to advocacy at the individual and systemic levels
