Role OverviewThe Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant community partners.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with store leadership, establish and manage local key relationships, engage with the local community, connect with guests on the floor, attend and support local and regional Community events, and execute the product seeding strategy.

Requirements
- 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
