Role OverviewThe Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant community partners. The Community Specialist delivers a world-class guest experience when working on the floor in the store, bringing their community perspective into the guest connection.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life, establish and manage local key relationships, engage with the local community, connect with guests on the floor, and attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
