Role OverviewThe Community Specialist executes the store's community strategy by engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and product seeding. This role develops and sustains local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other community partners. The specialist also delivers a world-class guest experience on the store floor, bringing their community perspective into guest connections.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with store leadership to bring the community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience. Establish and manage local key relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partners to increase guest acquisition and retention. Attend, support, and host local and regional community events, and execute product seeding strategies. Review community business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
