Role OverviewThe Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant and influential community partners.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life, establish and manage local key relationships, engage with the local community, connect with guests on the floor, attend and support local and regional Community events, and execute the product seeding strategy.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
