Job Description
The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, which includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life
  • Establish and manage local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant community partners
  • Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities
  • Deliver a world-class guest experience when working on the floor in the store
  • Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events
  • Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
  • Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership
