Job Description
The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, engaging with the community, developing local key relationships, and delivering a world-class guest experience. They collaborate with store leadership, establish and manage local key relationships, and engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
  • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
