Role Overview

The Community Standards Coordinator will maintain a high degree of customer service in all resident inquiries and interactions; answer phone calls and emails, and provide general information of HOA governing documents and violations. Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties. Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics. Document, photograph and record all violations. Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process. Prepare applications for the committee review.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
  • Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices
  • Ability to operate a vehicle to perform certain job functions
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia, and Nevada within six months of hire)
