Role OverviewCommunity Support Attendants are responsible for locking and unlocking common areas, cleaning facilities, and ensuring trash/debris is picked up daily. They also inspect and maintain community pool(s) and recreational amenities.

Locks and unlocks common areas, cleans facilities, inspects and maintains pool/spa area, and reports maintenance issues to the Community Manager.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
- Ability to work with chemical pools including reading pool chemical levels
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
- Must have a valid driver's license
