Role OverviewA Direct Support Professional in the Community Support Program provides support in all areas specified in each individual's Individual Support Plan. The role requires effective communication, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to work evening and weekend hours.
What You Will Do
Provides high-quality services, understands and implements Individual Support Plans, offers individualized activities, and ensures documentation compliance. May require light to heavy lifting, physical intervention, and driving.

Requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Must be able to maintain certifications and credentials, including CPR, FA, Crisis Intervention, and Level 1 Medication Administration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Effective communication in English
- No disqualifying felony conviction
- No substantiated abuse or neglect in Missouri
- Reliable personal vehicle for transporting clients
- Class E driver's license
- Seasonal flu vaccination
