Job Description
We are looking for a Community Support Specialist to join our Substance Use Treatment program. As a Community Support Specialist, you will help people with substance use disorders through harm reduction services, including outreach, education, and case management. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, opportunities for training and professional development, and a competitive salary range of $24.25-$25.72 hourly.

Requirements

  • Passion for substance use and mental health treatment
  • Embracing the harm reduction model
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving
  • Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and daily access to a car
  • Willingness to provide transportation to clients
