Role OverviewWe are seeking an organized, mission-driven Community & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to strengthen and expand our corps of JFS volunteers. This role is responsible for onboarding, engaging, and supporting volunteers; facilitating community engagement initiatives; and maintaining accurate volunteer data and reporting.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with or managing volunteers
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with public speaking
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time independently
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and initiative
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and with external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
