Job Description
The Community Work & Service Program Supervisor is responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating daytime purposeful work programming for residents. This role will model and promote community values and supervise purposeful crews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience in an organic farm setting, horticulture, caring for a variety of farm animals, maintaining farm infrastructure, basic woodworking, and basic culinary skills
  • Experience developing, coordinating and scheduling a variety of activities
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean/acceptable driving record
