Job Description
The Compensation Analyst will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in salaries and total employee benefits. The Compensation Analyst will partner with recruitment, finance, and benefits arms of the Human Resources department to ensure current data forms the basis of all strategic planning and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or related compensation certifications
  • Minimum of 3 years as a compensation analyst
  • Current knowledge of personnel policies, practices, compensation, and wage/hour employment regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • HRIS experience
  • Exceptional and professional interpersonal, communication, presentation, time management, flexibility, decision making, planning and organizational skills
