Role OverviewThe Compensation Analyst II will assist in maintaining the TAMU compensation program, provide recommendations on various compensation projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for merit processing associated with the annual budget process.

The main responsibilities include oversight of TAMU compensation programs, assisting with career paths and determining starting rates, providing departments with cost projections, and interpreting University Rules and Standard Administrative Procedures (SAPs) regarding compensation matters.

Requirements
