Job Description
The Compensation Analyst II role will provide comprehensive compensation consulting services for First Horizon, collaborating with Management, HR Business Partners, Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams. The role will drive initiatives and implement strategies addressing market prices, trends, challenges, regulatory updates, and compensation requests.
Requirements
BS/BA in Business, Finance or Accounting
2-4 years of experience in compensation or equivalent combination of education and experience
Equity administration experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of all employment laws and regulations
Ability to prioritize and handle several projects in a fast-paced environment
Highly self-motivated, detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
