Envision Radiology seeks a Compensation Analyst to join the team. The position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing company compensation programs, and advising management on effective pay decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting compensation programs
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel
  • Collaborative style and strong team orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
  • Experience with UKG and Salary.com a plus
