Job Description
At Easterseals PORT Health, we're seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst to support fair, competitive, and mission-aligned compensation practices. As the Compensation Analyst, you will develop and maintain salary structures, conduct market analyses, and ensure all job descriptions are accurate and compliant.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in compensation analysis or compensation program administration
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation
  • PayScale experience preferred
  • Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity, and compensation compliance
  • Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred)
  • Valid, unrestricted NC driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required
