Job Description
At Easterseals PORT Health, we are seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team and support equitable pay, informed decision-making, and workforce excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience
  • 2 years in compensation analysis or compensation program administration
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation
  • Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity, and compensation compliance
  • Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and partnership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
