Job Description
We're looking for a compensation-minded operator with strong data fluency and a builder's instinct for scale to own the end-to-end token grants process, design the infrastructure, controls, and automations that keep awards accurate, auditable, and fast as volume grows.

Requirements

  • Own token award programs and processes end-to-end
  • Maintain token pool visibility, Partner with Finance and People leadership on budgeting and ongoing forecasting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries and scale enablement through docs, FAQs, and internal training
  • Own data integrity across token compensation systems by building proactive checks, reconciliations, and audit-ready controls
  • Design for scale: identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and improve process resiliency
