Job Description
This is a remote role with expected travel as needed. The Compensation Associate Consultant works independently and in teams on multiple client consulting projects at any time. The incumbent has mastery of core knowledge/skills and is developing competence in complex, non-standard knowledge/skills that includes developing expertise in select practice-related subject matter.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience performing relevant roles within a consulting firm and/or progressive corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any major with a quantitative or research curriculum and a writing component, such as Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative ability (e.g., building models to accommodate various assumptions and/or conducting scenario-based analysis, etc.).
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (oral / writing) along with ability to interact with a diverse audience of colleagues and clients.
