Job Description
This is a remote role with expected travel as needed for a Compensation Associate Consultant. The role involves working independently and in teams on multiple client consulting projects, with regular client contact and expertise contribution to peers and consultants.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm and/or corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitative field with writing component
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative ability
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
