Role OverviewThe Compensation & Benefits Analyst II will support the administration, analysis, and ongoing improvement of employee compensation and benefits programs. This role will work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, management, employees, and external vendors to ensure compensation and benefit programs are accurate, competitive, and compliant with applicable requirements.
What You Will Do
Administer compensation, benefits, 401(k), and ESOP programs. Manage employee eligibility, enrollment, plan changes, distributions, rollovers, loans, and other participant transactions. Conduct compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluations, and market analysis.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of related compensation and benefits experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Experience with 401(k), ESOP, retirement plan administration, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experience with retirement plan administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
