What You Will Do
Advise clients on tax-qualified retirement plans and related employee benefits matters. Counsel clients regarding health and welfare benefit plans. Advise public companies, high-growth businesses, and investors on compensation and benefits issues.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant law firm experience focused on compensation and benefits
- Substantial experience with tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans required
- Admission to the State Bar of the jurisdiction where the attorney will be located required
