Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience focused on tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. The attorney will work with public companies, high-growth businesses, and investors on a broad range of sophisticated compensation and benefits matters.

What You Will Do

Advise clients on tax-qualified retirement plans and related employee benefits matters. Counsel clients regarding health and welfare benefit plans. Manage multiple matters while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant law firm experience focused on compensation and benefits
  • Substantial experience with tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans required
  • Admission to the State Bar of the jurisdiction where the attorney will be located required
