As Compensation & Benefits Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and advising on Compensation and Benefits programs, policies, and strategies to ensure operational excellence in the region and support JCB business strategy.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years relevant experience in compensation & benefits.
  • International company/global background.
  • 3-5 years managing international compensation and benefits responsibilities, projects or accounts, especially in North America.
  • Knowledge and experience in Mercer methodologies, tools and surveys.
  • Master’s in business
  • Certified Compensation Professional
  • Certified Benefits Professional
  • Fluent in Spanish
