Job Description
The Compensation & Benefits Manager role at Valley Hope is responsible for developing and implementing HR goals and initiatives, managing compensation and benefits programs, and overseeing payroll administration. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Director of HR to strategize and implement HR goals and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • Three years of experience in payroll/compensation/benefits
  • One plus years of supervisory or management experience
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license
