Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong substantive experience focused on tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. The attorney will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to provide proactive, practical counsel on a broad range of compensation and benefits matters.

What You Will Do

Advise clients on tax-qualified retirement plans and related employee benefits matters, counsel clients regarding health and welfare benefit plans, and handle sophisticated employee benefits matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant law firm experience focused on compensation and benefits

  • Admission to the State Bar of the jurisdiction where the attorney will be located required
