Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of compensation consulting or related HR advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, market analysis, job architecture, incentive plan design, and regulatory considerations
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and client engagements
- Demonstrated business development experience
- Experience advising senior executives and HR leaders
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
