Job Description
We’re seeking a Compensation Manager to join our HR/Compensation and Benefits team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our global compensation programs—ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
8+ years of experience in a mid- to large-sized organization working with global compensation analysis
Strong skills in market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation program administration
