Role OverviewWe are looking for a Compensation Manager to join our Human Resources team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position. The Compensation Manager will administer compensation strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
What You Will Do
Administer compensation strategies, policies, and programs; manage annual merit and bonus planning cycles; maintain company-wide job architecture and salary structures; develop and maintain compensation guidelines and manager tools.

Requirements
