Job Description
Avecia's Compensation Manager is responsible for designing fair and effective compensation and rewards policies and practices that adhere to all relevant legislation, including leading and managing annual processes related to compensation planning and bonus administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors
  • Understanding of Korn Ferry Hay Grade job evaluation model
  • Familiarity with salary benchmarking resources like Radford
  • Deep knowledge of compensation design, market analysis, and job architecture
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data and communicate actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred
  • HR certifications desirable
