Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Core Compensation, HR or related field
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Certification is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to independently manage projects
  • High level of discretion
  • Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong consultative communication skills
