Role OverviewThe Sr. Analyst, Compensation supports the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs across MBFS and MBUSA. This role partners closely with Compensation leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to ensure compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with internal job architecture and market best practices.
What You Will Do
Support annual merit and bonus cycles, participate in survey submissions, maintain documentation and audit trails, support in the Job Evaluation process, and identify process improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation, analytics, or a related business function
- Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, job architecture concepts, and market benchmarking
- Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred), Excel, and compensation data
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed, fast paced environment
